Nice to see another boosted. Hopefully you can give a review after a couple days.

Wonder who will be tuned or new pulley first?

Ok. I have to admit. I am very impressed with the gas mileage while normal driving. I am running 33”s and not trying to get good mileage, just driving normal. This is what I am seeing. I’m not in this game for the mileage, but it is cool that I can get stock mileage numbers with a blower strapped to her too!

I just did 20.9 on a 3 hour drive from Bend, Oregon to Portland. I wasn’t trying to get high mileage but I’m fairly sure that’s as good if not better than what I was getting before. I have a SkyCamp Mini mounted on top of my Diamondback cover that just peaks above the cab. I’m running stock tires still.

I assume you didn't correct for the larger tires, and you're actually getting at least 1mpg better than that reads, too?

Just did 300 miles today on mine. I got 17.4MPG which is better than I usually get going 87mph through Texas and Oklahoma.

also there is so much power in 6th gear. I didn’t have to shift to pass or anything. I’m pretty impressed by the highway manners.

Apparently JLT performance, the ones who make that separator y’all got, is a few miles from my house. They are closed on Saturday, so when they open Monday I am going to swing by the shop and try and pick one up in person. Cool to know they are my neighbors!

Good luck. They're backordered into November. Lol I'd contacted both Rogue Off-road and Lethal Performance and got told they wouldn't ship til probably early November.

The JLT oil catch can is super small though. It's intended for N/A. Boost increases blow-by, you may want to look into a larger capacity option, or you'll be emptying the JLT more often probably. I went with dual Mishimoto cans for my TT kit.

I only have about 10 drops in my mishimoto copy after about 600 miles and the outlet hose is pretty much dry. I probably won’t need to empty it until my 10k oil change. I used the same can on my race car and it collects quite a bit more oil.
My Taco just doesn’t have a whole lot of blow by at 35000 miles

Went with the JLT kit. It is definitely small.

I just finished installing the URD short throw shifter. Now I feel like this truck really everything she is meant to me.

So the evidence says you have luck and it was not backordered into November. Nice to see - I just ordered one and shipping shows it will be here next week. Guess some sources of information are a lot like the news - not always true.

Well I already sold the first JLT I already had (never installed). Whenever the one I've got on backorder finally arrives, I'm going to be offering that one up for sale as well, since it looks like order cancellation will be a PITA. I've already received the Mishimotos that I ended up going with

either way you go you have a winner. Someone will be happy to get the JLT and our choice (TT driven I presume) can't be beat. DM me if you want me to let you know of a local TW member (not me) who would be looking for the JLT.

for those who did the self install - it looks like the biggest rock in the road is the pulley bolt - power tool needed to remove and bigger than big balls to reinstall with a torque of 204 ftlbs. Any insight and tools-in-the-tool-box advice appreciated on this obstacle. The rest looks totally within the limits of knowledge, skill, experience and equipment on hand. TIA.

EDIT: I noted torque of 240 ftlb - installation doc says 204 ftlb. Thanks SK808!

Yeah I went with the Mishimotos for the extra capacity, just in case I end up seeing a lot more blow-by with the turbos.

Appreciate the offer, I'll take you up on that. It'd help me out.
