I think you will need to update your ECU to get the Magnuson tune to write to your ECU.

Has anyone had belt alignment issues post supercharger install? I noticed some discoloration on the belt and scoring on one of the pulleys over the weekend. I plan on taking a more detailed look this weekend and it would be helpful to have an idea on what to look for.

I've had my maggie on for 35k miles now and my belt looks normal without any fray or coloring. I don't know if your discoloring is good or bad, but at least check for cracks and fray. I recently ordered a new belt and upgraded coupler just because of the miles. Actually, the coupler I ordered because I started hearing a little pinging and it came from the SC and would go away when I hit the skinny pedal. I took a short video and sent it to them (superchargers online) as they were referred by magnuson for parts. They confirmed it was the coupler and asked for the mileage to document how long the original coupler lasted. I haven't changed it yet, but no rush.

It looks exactly like this one on supercharger online, but I have to verify. I will have to get the actual number when I get home, but in the meantime....do a quick search for this below.

I haven't heard of other people having the same issue to be honest, so it could just be me. I was going to go smaller pulley too, but just decided not to mess with anything right now....but just in case anyone is interested to go 87mm pulley using the stock belt works fine (or if you need a replacement belt).
    57-03-06-087-BL is the pulley
    79-06-08-091 is the stock belt

I had a shop install a magnuson on my 2016, not sure if the water pump was already on its way out, but nonetheless, 70mi into the sc, the water pump totally grenaded. The wobble from the fan cut the lower radiator hose supplied from magnuson. Took it to the shop and had them put a new water pump, radiator, fan and fan shroud in.

They got it fixed and I picked it up, went 1/2 down the road and it started misfiring. Took it back and they're looking into it. I'm not real impressed or confident in that shop, im thinking they noticed the misfire and check engine lights and tried to hide it, they also didn't help me at all with the cooling system fix which granted, sure. Water pump could've been going out but isn't that something you should look at while it's all apart..? So they didn't work with me on pricing, i paid just over 9k for the sc, and they hit me with another 2k for the cooling system.

Anyways. Enough ranting. Anyone have any idea what would make it misfire on cyl 6 after all that stated above?

#6 is the hardest one to get at the passenger back of the engine. i would be tempted to see if they didnt tighten the plug down correctly or something became unconnected
