I am fortunate to be a tester and can say my AT driving experience is closer to perfection than it ever has been. I know what you are feeling - waiting and having to drive with an AT shifting logic that makes your truck seem like a drunk monkey is not fun. If you have an N.A. OVT 2.0 shifting logic you know how much better it is than the stock OEM shifting logic - hands down no comparison. If you have a Magnuson SC/Tune you are likely experiencing the same disappointment the OEM shifting logic gave you. Marc's continued work to provide a satisfying shifting logic for the AT has one goal - to make every user (MT or AT) satisfied with the experience and the product. This only comes with continued refinement and testing. As a user/tester for the YotaWerx SC AT Tune I can assure you @mZiggy is turning every stone to provide a SC Tune for the AT application that will make driving your SC modified truck an enjoyable experience and not an OEM disappointment.

I am surprised how much I don't hate the Maggy tune for shifting so far. I haven't stress tested it fully loaded on the interstate at elevation while trying to use the cruise control. But its much better than the stock shifting logic so far. I went from stock, to OVTune 2.0, to 4.88's w/ KDMax tune, now add SC and replaced KDMax tune with the Maggy tune. It would not surprise me if the Maggy tune still failed on the stress test, relative to the Yotawerx tune, however.

Everyone has a different opinion on how their truck should drive too.

Funny thing. After yesterday's post, I got a call today that my order is ready. 8 weeks from placing the order. I live fairly close to Magunson's place in Ventura so I will head out for a will call pickup.

After going to 4.56's on my truck the Magnuson software just kind of works, so much so that it almost feels like Magnuson built the software on a truck with 4.88's. With some recent changes on the YW software the shifting is now similar to the Magnuson file but instead of shifting and holding 6th on the freeway the Yw software targets 5th and seems to hold the truck in a better rpm range for both power and fuel mileage. I've noticed it gets better fuel mileage in 5th between 60 and 70 than in does in 6th.

^^^ This. So true. My brother has a '17 - a year newer than my '16 - exact same truck and ECU ID. He has no issue with the OEM N.A. shifting logic. I've driven it and it drives the same as mine did when I was N.A on the OEM logic. The drunk monkey does not bother him, but he lives in the flat lands of America. No judgement here. As said, we all have different opinions on how our trucks should drive.

I replaced the rig ignition coils and a new camshaft sensors and plugs yesterday and also a new crankshaft sensor on my 18 sc Tacoma codes cleared 355,353,351 for a minute then came right back any suggestions. The plugs were fouled on the 1,3,5, side looked like very rich

I am having the same problem. I have a 17 OR w/106k I have changed plugs swapped coil packs around (they are ripp coil packs)
I have replaced port injectors, and cleaned direct injectors. I have replaced crank sensor with new style. I have checked compression on cylinders all at 180psi. Still getting the P0302 code. Misfire on cylinder two. When it hits 3000rpms it goes into limp mode. Sounding crazy as hell.

runs perfectly fine under 3000rpms. Like nothing is wrong, BUT as soon as I punch it. It fucks up. Crazy sound. Crazy.
I even had the tune taken Off to rule it out. Not the issue from what I have seen.

Fuel pump update? could be low fuel pressure but that doesn't explain a rich bank

Might be those ripp coils. Do you still have the old stock ones you could try?

Do you have OEM spark plugs? (You should)

Seen several issues mentioned on the board with those two for some unexplained issues.
