He can try the 87mm pulley but would need to get the tune. It’s all on the SC thread…

Yea I know, just throwing him a bone. I think with some tweaking he could find some decent gettyup, but I have a feeling he hasn’t taken the necessary dive into the thread you mentioned.

Honestly, even with the stock magnuson tune, i was more than happy after i had mine installed. My truck actually scoots now.
Surprised to hear such a blah review. I can understand the customer service aspect, but even then they were really responsive with me when I contacted them for the tune.

Glad to hear! I’m boosting my 2013 with the Magnuson set up in the near future. I’m not looking for anything crazy, just something to make me crack a smile while I’m driving. I have the TRD exhaust and AFE intake already, hoping they compliment the supercharger, even it’s only a wee bit.

Second this. Also agree with OP regarding cold start and winter. Get in touch with @mZiggy and get the Yotawerx Stryker tune. Then decide if you want the 87mm pulley. Night and day difference over the Magnuson in terms of usable power regardless of weather.

After you install it. Retune it with hptuners, OTT can do it for you remotely. Then change the stock pulley to a 2.8, You’ll thank me later. This is the way this blower should have come out of the box.

The TVS1900 can make incredible power. Too bad Jeep's engines don't stand up to it in my experience.

Oh shit!!! So glad i have a toyota!!! Thank you for these photos, good to know! Also, I’m sticking with the stock 90mm pulley, but have the Stryker tune and feel like its enough. Don’t want to deal with upgrading my injectors or fuel rail

I ran the Magnuson unit on my 2nd Gen. Underwhelming initially, but adding a smaller pulley, upgraded fuel pump and intake completely transformed the truck. Far more power and more response than the stock supercharger. Owned it for 5+ years and 60k+ miles and never had an issue other than a dead battery. One of the most reliable vehicles I've owned. Put the Magnuson on the Jeep with no mods and it blew up in less than a year with 8k miles.

Don't need anything but the 87mm tune for the smaller pulley. I've been running the 87mm pulley with the matching Stryker tune since October. It's been great, has a little more grunt in the low and midrange over the 90mm pulley.

That’s good to hear, was gonna fork over the $100 for the pulley but decided against it when i read about the mark magnuson puts on it keep it stock. Don’t want to void its warranty till i get out of the range
