Well since I don't live in town, I was hoping somebody could make a recommendation and save me a trip up just to go 'plow guy' hunting.
Especially since right now my Saturdays are all booked because of deer season, lol.

Have fun with that Bercomac; Front-mount snowblowers like that are sweet. Hope you've got a paved driveway, though; they'll chuck stones or sticks a loooong way!

    Thanks Kyle.
We just moved her in about a month ago and it's been a scramble to try to get everything squared away before the snow flies.

My first snow storm in this beauty. First truck with 4wd and I won't go back.

Drove up from CT and it took 6 hours. She trudged through like a pro and nothing stopped her.

I used to have a 2wd and got around fine in it. But then I switched to a 4x4 after 3 or 4 years of 2wd, and the difference really is like Night & Day.

Me too. I drove a 2.3l 2wd ranger for the last 3 years and never got stuck or Went off the road. 400lbs of sandbags in the back and it went along just fine.

I had an '87 Nissan Hardbody (this was...several...years ago now :anonymous: ), but I always used to just shovel a load of snow into the bed whenever I needed extra weight/traction.

I've been running my 09 2wd without issue so far. I've actually been towing with it too and haven't had any issues. First year with rwd only though, I've had fwd cars for the last six years.

It was. Roads were 100% ice with rain on top Saturday, but things were a bit better on Sun

Actually was meaning to send you a PM dude. Figured you might be interested in that area for your fall moose hunt given the amount of tracks I saw. That particular picture was on the way in to the Ross Lake campsite where I camped Sat night. A few miles south of the Realty Rd

Right on the north side actually.

Funny, Ive heard some people call it "Reality Rd" but theres no 'i' on the maps Ive seen. Personally think Reality Road sounds way cooler haha

Oh, ok. So you were up at the remote site by the outlet, right?

I'd always heard it pronounced 'ree-all-tee' :notsure:

Either the inlet or the outlet, honestly didn't look at the map that close. But yeah right at the very North end. Was a decent campsite too.
