I had a local guy FF my Tacoma last night in his driveway. He is in Fryeburg and charges $70. He was very thorough and knew his stuff. He was young, worked in a shop previously, and is saving money to build is own garage in Brownfield.

 

Is he interested in some other business? That’s closer than driving down to Mass and back.

Ad says he's asking $70 and is in Fryeburg. Are you around next weekend, probably Sunday the 14th? I could message him and see if we could setup back to back appointments. Unfortunately I just dont think Im going to have time to do it myself this year.

Hey guys, I'm cleaning out the garage and I've got some first gen Tacoma gear for sale/trade (came off an '01). This stuff has been laying around for awhile, so make an offer. Can send pics, shoot me an email address. In Portland, but travel a few times a month (mostly either to Oxford Hills or to Mass). Figured I'd post here before trashing or getting it back up on Craigslist/FBMarketplace.

1. Set of beat up rusted wheels and tires, with some decent dry rot (at least one tire doesn't hold air)--P265/75/16 Duratracs on black bullet-hole wheels. Black acorn lugs.
2. Satoshi grille makings--brand new HomerTaco mesh (M1, powder coat black, main and side vents) and old grille (two of five mounting tabs broken, started cutting middle plastic out).
3. Yakima QTowers, used, I think the set is missing one plastic piece, I think I have all the lock cores and keys.

Welp, I am home and didnt spend a cent. It is not the miracle cure I was hoping for but it is MUCH better!!!

 

At least they gave you your key back when you went to get it, unlike Emerson for me.

 

Since you guys have been awesome and helped me in many ways with my truck... I figured this is worth a try. Anyone know a good trustworthy well company in the southern Maine/Standish area. My well pump is pulling in some clay and probably needs to be raised a bit (hopefully that is all it is and it is not collapsing).

Owner is the father of my daughters best friend when she was in High School. Salt of the earth and straight shooter. We will be using him to drill our well when we have our house built in late spring.

 

Took advantage of a nice day to do my annual Wool Wax treatment. Previously used a compressor. Thought I would try the spray cans this year. I could have used a 6th can.

 

Yes I got mine done a week or so ago on a nice day. I have a smaller compressor so I have to let it rest a bit during application but it definitely is the best way to apply. More is better!!

 

So I'm new to the fluid film/woolwax undercoating. I have access to a compressor/large tank. If I get a gun it's just as simple as spraying the frame/belly while avoiding driveline?
