I have a Access® TonnoSport™ Tonneau Cover on my Taco. Do I need to put any kind of preservative on the cover? I couldn't find information about it on the Access website.

I also have an Access Tonneau. When I bought mine I also purchased Tonneau Tonnic. It comes in a spray bottle that I use maybe once every couple of months. I will probably start using it twice a month since it works so well.

You may have noticed that when you wash your truck that the tonneau stays kinda dirty looking. Maybe you haven't had it that long. The Tonneau Tonnic gets all that dirt out and makes it look new. Its great stuff.

I'll post a pic of the stuff when I get a chance. Its definitely worth it. Mine gets dirty from job sites and from driving in the mountains, so this stuff really works for me.

    This is the product here.

Its hard to tell from the picture but my tonneau is pretty clean compared to when I don't use the cleaner. It gets all the dirt out of the little crevices that don't come out when washing it normally. Its been about a week since I have washed it and it has rained since.

I have a soft tonneau.... and actually, I've just used whatever vinyl protectant/cleaner was at the house and wasn't anything special. I've only ever applied it once a year.

My Advantage Torza Top has been on my truck for 6 years and parked outside that entire time. It still looks great and in great shape.

Do NOT use anything with a silicone product base (Armor-All). These products will make the cover look good, but over time it will dry out the vinyl leading to cracking and separation.

Brand specific products like Tonno-Tonic is the safest bet. These are formulated specifically for the vinyl. Another product easy to find is 303 Aerospace Protectant.

I use the 303 aerospace protectant on my access LE. I put it on every month or so. Basically whenever I wash the truck. Works great seems to keep the cover "cleaner" between washes.
