    Can anyone recommend a maintenance manual for my Taco? it's an 08 2.7l 2wd extra cab. I prefer something other than chiltons or haynes. Also found the factory repair manuals for my year truck, but they are $500. maybe cheaper on ebay. I am not sure that the repair manuals will have the information I am looking for either. Any info would be greatly appreciated...

    Are the 2006 and 2008 model years the same? I was only able to find a 2006 factory repair manual on the website you listed above. I assume that they are, or at worst, very similar. Thanks for your input....

    I think they're the same or like you said similar. There are different wiring manuals for some of them though.
