My ball joints had to be replaced because I didn't grease them.

What do I need to grease and how often?

    What grease should I get?

Sorry I should have specified I have the SPC UCA which requires greasing.

I am just not sure what else I need to grease.

    Thanks for replying!

I've never greased balls joints in my life, and have never had an issue.

Single greatest cause of failure on SPC joints, A little grease goes a long way.

As the directions posted above show, high moly grease is ideal.
