What is the recommended maintenance for a 150000-mile service check-up?

Since you should be doing your second coolant change at 150K, I would replace hoses, thermostat, belt, and idler pulleys as preventive maintenance if they haven't already been replaced by now. Same with ujoints, and carrier bearing if yours has one.
