    who's alarm system was installed by the dealer? have you checked with the alarm company and gotten installation instructions from them? I fear all this will have to be reversed before you can actually fix what is broken.

    Not sure of the name on the alarm but it was put on before we got the truck in November of 2015 and our problems just came up all at once
