    I wonder if your problem lies within the maf plug or those delicate (and old) wires. If playing musical sensors is giving different although similar results. Just tossing it out there. I have been going through my control wiring and have found all types of problems

    I don’t think so because each MAF does the same thing consistently depending which one is installed

    I can think of a couple of things... measure each of the MAF grams/second of air flow for comparison. The second thing is see if the IAT (intake air temp) is similar on both.
