I was surprised to find this on my 22 SR5 Trail Edition as well. Especially since my 2010 SR5 4unner has auto up/down on all 4 windows. As bummed as I was at first I think I prefer it now, or at least I'm trying to convince myself I do...lol

It didn’t say anything about drivers side auto up working from what I read.

no response from the company that makes these yet so I couldn’t buy anything until they respond

2014: Auto down driver's only. My Buick had all doors auto up and down. All had safety sensors to reverse auto-up if detected something obstructed the window
on the way up. The sensors were pretty sensitive. Auto up/down is good if you have to stop for a lot of toll booths, otherwise I could care less about the feature. I have an E-Z-Pass so it's moot anyway.

A co-worker of mine had a Lincoln which you could roll down all of the windows with the fob after a remote start. Nice when it has been parked in the sun all day. I think he could even open the sun roof remotely.

    Got it going with this.

AutoLoc Power Accessories 9863 2 Window One Touch Up And Down Window Unit

of course you have to cut window wires but that’s no big deal to me. Only need to cut one on drivers side and 2 on passenger side. You could get the ktjo 4x4 pass switch for all windows except drivers but I just used 2 boxes of the above for mine. Anyone that decides to do this I can give wire colors. Working great.

    First video no power up

    https://youtube.com/shorts/F-F9YM7AnKM?feature=share

2nd video working. Did not have auto up drivers or auto up/down on passenger this can be added to any truck.

these come in a one or two pack.

Twtaco$, Hi. I saw your post about adding auto up/down to windows. Nice job. You said you would send wire colors if interested. I’m a novice so any help with what to splice into would be appreciated. Thanks

    On my 2020
Drivers side up wire color is
    Pink with a blue line
Down which I already had is pink with a black line.
12 volt was a white wire
I grounded mine to a bolt that holds the window track.
When you cut the wire one side will now be switch side one motor side it’s what will call it since the wire was cut in half.

    so from the module
    Brown wire switch up
    Green motor up
    White switch down
    Blue motor down
    Red to 12 volt
    Black ground
    2 other wires unused

    pass side
Up wire pink with blue line same as drivers.
Down pink with a yellow line.
12 volt white same as drivers no need to cut in half.
Cut wires and call one side switch side and the side going into the door motor side. Connect wires to module accordingly.

Best way to double check is get a test light pull switch cover off leave switch plugged in ground one end of test light to a bolt stick the pointed end of test light into the wire color where it plugs into switch you think is correct wire and press the switch up/down whatever wire you’re checking if test light lights up and corresponds correctly with the switch you got it.
    My ground

    Where I put module

    IMG_3981.jpg
I normally soldier everything but on this I used quick connections on the wires I cut in half so if for some reason the module stops working with the window down I can pull the switch cover off by hand unplug module and plug factory wires back together. Working great still!!!
From what I read ktjo 4x4 has the passenger side plug and play for like the same price the module cost so I’d do that on pass side and buy 1 module for drivers side. I bought a 2 pack of modules is why I wired my passenger side up.

Up or down holding the button for 2-3 seconds has become a hassle... personally, I hate trying to crack a window and have it go all the way down.

I have the up down windows and love it. You just touch it and it opens all the way or you touch it has it is going down to stop it you touch again it continues or goes closes up again. Fast way of opening and closing window if it raining and windy verse versa. I would no want it on the back windows as if you have children especially but then you can lock that they cannot open the windows unless you open them. just saying

I love my auto up now. Especially checking my mail use to have to turn sharp into my drive keep an eye on a cable box I could hit and in the mirror I don’t hit the mailbox while pressing the window up button, could I have waited 20 secs to roll it up sure but the auto up solved that.

My '18 OR has auto up/down with the safeties. How many of you remember the old Chrysler (and some others) electric windows where there were no safety sensors and they used a rocker switch - forward for up and backward for down and little kids were choking themselves when they stuck their heads out the window and stepped down on the front of the rocker. Seems so intuitive today but it wasn't always that way.
