That looks like a great option as well. Thanks for sharing. I bought the KC a while back and I’m itching to get them installed. Mods are never ending!

Before and after, with the original brackets for the cheap Amazon lights and a cheap Amazon harness. Love it.

Is that just an on/off toggle? I did mine with a stick on LED strip. Totally happy with the lighting, but I used a plunger switch for auto/on and the switch kinda sucks. Just looking for something higher quality.

Finally got the under hood KC’s installed.
No brackets, but may not need. I’m 6’3 and doesn’t shine in my eyes but definitely lights up the whole engine bay.41AC05B9-6E7B-43D5-94FF-0A1C2E62B192.jpg 98FC8B92-A6F7-4414-9F9D-89C999000CBB.jpg

@5150TRDTACO @taco_OnTheMove just wanted to update you two cause you showed interest in the brackets from R4T. I installed this past weekend and they're perfect for the application. Rattle canned them with 3 coats of high temp BBQ paint and put some 3M rubber adhesive on the back to protect the hood. They hold fantastic and give the perfect angle.20210308_181624.jpg 20210308_181701.jpg

@NJOffRoad Looks great! Thanks for sharing! I may go that route. I did pick them up from R4T. With the 11 hood “X” braces, the lights are mounted closer together. Also, I added bezels around the KC’s, not sure if added brackets will clear engine cover when closed. Nice job!
