Tell them they need to tow it back and fix the shit. Secondly, I'm sad to hear the factory techs took all day to do this(took me 4 hours).

Well, I called them yesterday and they said they'd tow it in so the techs could look at it on monday. I flat out said 'No. I need my truck'..... the guy is like, sure.... alright I have a guy about 10 minutes away from you that can come check it out for you. I agreed.

The kid came out (his damn truck was about 3 times the size of mine lol), but out pops this skinny little dude, may have been 20 at the oldest. Anyways, few minutes later he manages to loosen the brake a little, still stuck. I offer him a floor jack and stands, brought the truck up and the brake is still stuck, however we were able to take the drum right off.... make any sense guys? It sure didn't to us.

Anyways, we bled the shit outta the brakes again, including the master cylinder and loosened up the slack adjuster ALL THE WAY. Took it for a test drive, brakes still felt like they need to be bled, but at that point, the brake wasn't dragging, I suggested we take it into the dealership so he could work out of the rain.

The dealership is about 6 miles away, got there, pulled up to the door and whipped out my IR Thermometer again and checked brake temp and sure enough that right rear brake was already dragging again, and was up to about 240 F. At that point they had limited staff and the service advisor at the time said to park it, gave me a rental, and said he was going to wait until monday for a master tech to look at it.

    And now I'm 'Corollin!!!!'

Sad thing is, I can put the pedal to the firewall on it, and the little MPG guage is still better than what I generally get in my Taco!

Well, most the guys in the dealership finally realized who I was... (old friend of most of em) while I was waiting. I took the tacoma with the 6" lift, 20s and Toyo mud terrains for a drive.... not a fan, don't know how you guys can manage with such little power!

So I'm chillin a bit afterwards, the general manager comes up to me and says "So if you're bored, you can take ANY of the lifted trucks out for lunch, I don't care, you know where the keys are!" Anyways, you can only guess what I took....

He is such an evil, evil man..... I want it so bad! LoL! Thing doesn't even know or care that you're driving on 35's! Plenty of power to spare!

So anyways, my trucks fixed. Why do I not feel happy anymore? LoL!

I think they screwed up your brakes so you have to come back and drive the Tundra anyway - they musta seen you drooling.
