    me and my wife started watching it last night at about 11pm. we watched 7 episodes slept for 4 hours woke up at 12 to finish watching it before I had to come to work at 330pm it had me hooked.

    Netflix documentary about a guy wrongly convicted of an assault and rape in 1985. His arrest and conviction were in part due to questionable practices by the police. After his release and two years later he's arrested and convicted of murdering a 25 year old woman (right in the middle of a $36mil lawsuit). The documentary highlights some pretty interesting "issues" that occurred during the investigation. The individual and his family are low IQ blue collar types that run an auto salvage yard up in Wisconsin.

    It's a documentary that seems to outline the authorities having a vendetta against this man by law enforcement and the prosecuting office.

    My buddy and I binged watched it one Sunday and by the end of it both of us were in fear of being incarcerated under false pretenses.

    My list of worst fears is now:
    1. Being falsely accused of a crime and incarcerated.
    2. Being buried alive.
    3. Not being able to pay the note on my Taco.

    Mostly stock with a few minor mods.
    I watched em all in a couple days. Interesting but keep in mind the show is heavily edited to favor the director's narrative. There is so much left out. Read up on the story and you'll find Steven Avery had several restraining orders against him from various women and there were allegations of incest and molestation going on with that family. Look at the letters he was writing and you get a glimpse of his other personality. They just never showed it physically expressed in the show. He has a serious dark side. The show just makes him out to be a harmless goofball.
