Making Adult Beverages at Home

Anyone have any thoughts/feedback regarding home brewing versus wine making at home?

I'm debating which to give a try. I drink both. I don't sample beers as much as I used to but have it more often. I think making my own beer has the bigger immediate flash, but making my own wine would have longer appeal.

If anyone has any history or experience with either and cares to weigh it, it would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I got a Mr Beer home brew kit, its pretty easy and the end product is pretty decent. However I know nothing about wine making.

 

Yea i have the same kit. I was leery at first, but impressed by the end result. very simple and cheap looking but you can make some tasty stuff.

Try making mead instead, the stuff is awesome and much easier to make.
