Making the front side marker lights blink as the blinkers are used.

Is there a way to make the side marker lights blink? I have a 2011 Tacoma and I'm going to install a switchback LED for my running/turn signal lights. Also LED headlights. I saw some tacos that have the outside marker lights blink opposite the turn signal lights. So it's like the blinker would turn on and as the blinker turns off the side marker light turns on and so on. Also when the headlights are on and the running light switch to white, the outside marker lights turn on, until the turn signal is used. Then the marker light turns on when the switchback light turns white, and off when the switchback turns Amber. It's a cool effect and I can't figur out how it happens. I'm going ALL LED up front. Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED... Thank you in advance for any help.

The colors at your signal bulb should be yellow for left, and blue for right, instead of the red/black and red/yellow in the other link.

 

Ok so if my headlights are on i get just the normal signal on but when headlights are off signal and marker flash together. Is there a way to get them to flash with headlights on?
