Making use of the small rear-seat storage with JBL

Does anyone have a creative way to use the remaining space for models with the JBL subwoofer? The shelf while small doesn't have any sort of rail or clips for a net to hold stuff. Seems like a spot just to taunt me.

Does anyone have a photo of the space directly behind the panel showing safe spots to screw in clips for like a cargo net?

 

Mine has a cargo net there, thought it was factory though. I can try to snap a couple pics when I get home.

My mistake, didn't realize the 2nd and 3rd gen had different trim panels (I'd assume for the power rear window mechanism).

 

Paper towel roll, and ass wipe roll goes there... Also wet wipe, for anti camp ass.

Yea saw that, I'm not sure there is any other use for the cubby besides a net. Is that little tab and the enlarged left side on the stock cubby supposed to be for a mini umbrella?
