Pretty much. Gotta rework some things since going with the new idea though.

Rotated tires and moved the spare to the factory location in preparation for a bed rack ... The general barely fit..

Built the rack for the roof top tent today. Just need to drill the holes and get some washers to mount it tomorrow. Gonna use it a few times before i paint it to make sure i dont want to add anything. What all do you guys mount on your racks? Was going to do a highlift and have some rotopax as well.

Well finally finished the bed rack and got the roof top tent on. Super stoked with how it turned out and plan to use it this week with the gf! Let me know what you think!

Few more pictures of the rack with the high lift and rotopax mounts. Also has light tabs on the back for possible led pods in the future. Just put primer on it for now, will have it powder coated later on. Want to use a few times to make sure i dont want to weld anything else on it.

So our trip started in Vegas and we drove out to Nelsons Landing. From there, we took off down some powerline roads and washes. While in this area, we explored a few old gold and silver mines and eventually ended up popping out on the road that went down to the colorado river from Searchlight. We opted out of going to the river and went into the town of Searchlight. From there, we got gas and headed to Christmas Tree Pass which heads down into Laughlin. Our plan was to camp somewhere off of there for the night. We ended up driving the road to highway and turned around when we found our spot. Was probably the best one around. Protected from the wind, out of the way, next to an old mine, and a great view. Lots of stars out, wish i had the dslr with me for them. Truck handled well. Burned almost all the wood we brought and a few blankets kept us warm all night. Cant wait for the next one!!

Few more pictures from the trip.

Thanks! Super happy with how it turned out. Went with a little different design than most and so far it works great and is fairly light. A little higher than id like but wanted to be able to use the annex with the tent. Once i figure out how much the tent is going to affect mpg, may build a fairing. And not sure if i want to add anything to the rack. But hopefully have it painted before summer!

They are but how easy they are and convient really paid for itself. I researched them a while and was going to go with a tepui but didnt like the camo colors the tent came in. (the tent i wanted only came in two different camos) So waited till black friday and used a discount code on the cvt. Shipping was fast but was a huge pain to order and the insturctions on how to set it up sucked. (Setup up is pretty self explanatory but i did have a few questions and couldnt find them anywhere.)
