Not even that, just put a new bed on it. The only thing really to care about aft of the cab are the tailights anyway!

I know you mentioned exo soon. If it were me, I'd try something similar to Brian ( @thegame ).

That's the plan. Do the main hoop this year and then the roof and A pillars and maybe tie it into the front bumper. Thinking of running the bars into the bed from the main hoop. Not sure yet. Same idea as the brocoma

You could easily get away with an internal cage with the access cab. I know 6oh_taco on Instagram did it. Also, you could just throw some foam tube around the steel so you don't hurt yourself.

I was thinking that but would rather not. I like the look of the exos if done right so I'll probably do that.

No real updates. All the welding is done on the bed and got the inside sealed. Just have to get a can of spray on bed liner. Capped the end of the frame. Just have to lay some Bondo and pick up some steel for a bumper.

And new bumper/hitch done. All 1/4 in 2.5 in square tubing. Side tubes are drying and will go on tomorrow. Then just need a good day to paint it.

Yeah. Tailgate won't close unless I push the passenger tail light in so making some triangle braces to pull it back into square. May also bend some 20 gauge into an angle iron shape and run it along the inside of where I high clearanced the sides to give them some rigidity but going to wait till I trim the fenders. Would just use automotive seam sealer to hold it on though as I'm tired of doing body work.

Thanks man. After not driving it for a while actually looking foward to finishing this up and putting around town. Ordered some 17 in wheels though to start trimming the front for the 37s.

Guess I could take some 1/8 in or 1/4 in bar and just weld it to the frame and the back of the fender instead. Ill see how much they move though.

37s mounted and put on the truck. Pretty big difference. Lots of trimming lol. Body work is done on the bob and have the paint. May do it next week if it cools down. (Supposed to be 115 on Tuesday...)
