I’m on 35s right now and I’m wanting to jump to 37s when my tires wear out or maybe sooner. 4:88s are in the near future.

this reply definitely has me thinking more than any of the others. Would you say it’s a significant drop of mpg going from 35s to 37s? and I won’t be doing a whole build mainly just aesthetic things lol I know mall crawler but hey that’s all I need it for. But everything is far away from me like stores/gym/friends. (10-15 miles) and especially without regearing it seems like it’s extremely impractical. Basically what I’ve learned from a lot of these replies is you could squeeze by with 35s and stock gears but not 37s.

Dont rememer the tank capacity of my 06, prob the same as the 3rd gens. 37s w 529s I got about 220 miles to a tank. Sometimes more, sometimes less. It was what I did to it so I didnt care.

If I regeared soon after the tires then I would be completely okay with the mpg for the time being but it would be quite a long while before I would regear and I really don’t want to deal with single digit mpg on 37s. Anything 10+ average would be okay but from what I hear, I’d get less than that with stock gears.

Higher than 8 inches I personally feel like it looks dumb and too monster truck looking if that makes sense.

Of course it's extremely impractical, we have all been telling you that! You pay to play. Run 37's, be prepared to pay a lot. This is not rocket science it's just simple physics.

It's impractical to run 35's or 33's. Physics!
Run stock for most efficiency. Anything else is gonna cost you extra and the further you go from stock is gonna cost even more. Regearing costs a lot and you don't get it back. Ever.
