Im assuming it is, same as the hood but I didnt know if I could scrape it and tape it off to paint it orrrr if thats a bad idea lol

 

I see what you mean by peeling, mine has not started that yet I thought these were made of rubber?

 

I think it was rubber lol dried and crispy now though

 

probably best to get whole hood repainted to take care of any fading, then throw a good stone protector onit

 

Noooo I meant the pieces under the window and around the back windows. if I paint the truck at all I'm gonna paint the whole truck
