Yep for sure. Van Dijk really wanted to leave Southampton for Liverpool and Lemar has stated he wants to play for Liverpool in the UCL. I bet Coutinho doesn't feature for a while at LFC and when he does......he might not get a good reception. Sanchez looks to be staying at Arsenal also. You're right, a bunch of pissed off kids.

Yep... our left back (Fabio Coentrão) also got hurt playing on Sunday for Portugal. FML. He's already "brittle" as it is, and we're short in that position, so now we're screwed. Not to mention that I saw on Twitter that supposedly Sebastian Coates and Marcos Acuna were stuck in South America, waiting for a delayed flight back to Portugal. We have a game tomorrow. FAK!

I wish the international break never happened. I think the yellow on Otamendi should have been a red. He made no attempt on the ball. He intentionally swept the leg of Salah in the 6th minute. Red card was unfortunate on Mane but it was a high boot. Like I said, I wish the international break never happened. They look rusty. YNWA

I'll be honest, after my team's game on Friday afternoon, which gave me a God man heart attack, I didn't really watch or follow any games over the weekend.

What happened?

 

2-0 loss. one of our worst showings since the pre season haha.

 

OUCH. Well... if it's any consolotation, we were up 2-0, gave up 2 goals to tie it up, and only one in in the last minute thanks to a PK. We threw the ball into the box, one of our center backs was up there to win the header, but the other team's defender stupidly grabbed our guy and threw him down.

 

dang! 3 points though!

We need depth, Alaba being injured, we had to slide Rafinha over and play kimmich as RB.
Muller shouldnt be on the right wing, he should be behind Lewandowski. Coman or James should be on that wing.
Sule should've started.

Speaking of that... our right back got hurt 20 mins into the game. For some reason our coach didn't bright any extra left or right back. So what does he do? Puts our defensive mid playing right back, (who played a hell of a game), and brought in a forward. NOICE! Too bad the forward he brought in is way out of shape this year, so he got subbed off in the 2nd half. Still won though, so 3 points are good!

Worse part is, our right back is still unsure for tomorrow's UCL game, and our left back (Coentrão) got hurt playing for the national team last week so he's still out FML. The backup left back is a young kid, who we all are really high on, and loaned out to Boca Juniors for the past two years, but he's back with us now, so we'll see what happens. We also picked up another right back before the market closed, but he hasn't been called up yet because according to our coach, he's trying to still coach him on our style of play. Guess we'll see what happens tomorrow.
