Kaka has had a rough go with Madrid. He was gone for something like 7/8 months due to injury shortly after arriving. During that time we all got to see just how good Ozil really is. It was going to be hard to come back from a serious injury and have to compete with Ozil, and he obviously hasn't been able to do that. Still quality though, and contributes a lot to Real especially considering all the competitions they are in during the year. How nice is it to be able to play a league game on a Sunday, start Ozil in the hole and then stick Kaka in the same spot three days later for a Champions League or Copa Del Rey game and get Ozil the rest for the following league game or vice versa. It is all about depth, especially during the second half of the season.

 

Im a pretty big Benzema fan, now that the Real Madrid has come up.

 

He's a bad dude, and still young too. United went after him hard, but he chose Madrid. I'm not much of a Madrid fan, and him choosing them over United just furthered my dislike for them.

 

^ I'm more than happy with the outcome in our front line. . . Its the Mid and back I'm worried about. I do like Benzema and watching Real from time to time. I really enjoyed Real taking the crown away from Barcelona.

Speaking of us going after someone hard. . . You hear about Wesley Sneijder going to the Turkish Galatasaray team. . . LOL. Lets see how well that pans out. I'm just glad we didn't give in like fools to his outlandish wage demands.

I more pissed we didn't get Bale than Benzema. Imagine having that guy on the wing. . .

dude galatasaray is actually a good strong team, felipe melo i a good player and adding wesley into that mix is pretty insane. however i think he lost pace and would not have been good for united. i would love some one like marcelo or even dani alves to come to united even di maria. marcelo and alves defend very good , fast and attack great. di maria is quick and unpredictable

 

Ashley Young is known as quite the diver himself and United fans do not seem to mind so much. Bale would be a nice addition, though lately SAF hasn't gone with wide players as often as he did just a season or two ago.

 

^ Wesley for United wouldve been wasting money needed elsewhere. Glad Fergie turned away when that ass hat demanded so much per week. He is a liability with injuries. He has, declined in every aspect of his game.

Bale on United would've caused problems for a lot of teams. If we scored Bale we wouldn't have Young. Pair him with Valencia or Nani. Picture that pace on the wing. The guy is a threat in scoring as well. Bale does at times go down easy but nothing compared to what Ashley was doing. . . That was disgraceful to watch as a fan.

Fergie said it many times on how they wanted Bale early and pursued him to no avail. I wish we also got Hazard as well over Kagawa. . . That would've been a quality pick up we needed.

I agree you don't see Nani and Valencia nor Young on the wings this season at all. I miss that style of play from United but it does expose the mid as its shown. However we're still exposed dearly . . .

Good News, we now completed the deal for Zaha for next season. I'm pumped for that.

 

Zaha? It should be intresting to see if he was worth the 15million pound price tag, at the age of 20, it could be the beginning of something new.

Liverpool hasnt made any new transfers beside sturriage... I wish we had more transfer news going on

 

earlier in the thread i mentioned we should sell him.. he was complete waste of money,, even feeguson addressed him on that bullshit.
