Part of cleaning any part of the truck, is re-applying your fav corrosion retardant :cookiemonster:

As @Norilsk pushes, we do live the most amazing place for corrosion :anonymous:

I use Rust Cure Formula 3000 as a cleaner for everything metal under the hood. I put it on a rag real thick  , and wipe everything 'clean' with it. :militarypress:

Instructions unclear: Applied fluid film and truck is now retarded. (switchpro glitched out on me; totally unrelated)

Maybe the anti-vaxxers are on to something...

Give it a little lick. See if it tastes good.

    Anyways :anonymous:

Odds and sods kinda day, was meaning to get the snorkel sealed but ran outta day light. Fixed the ass end as well as cut the edges of the ladder rack and gave it a fresh coat. Lines up nicely with the plano cases. Quick wipe of the engine because y'all were bitching

Oh and mounted the cross members to hold the skid plates now all I have to do is tighten them back out and mount them

A lot better than the silvery nonsense that was going on. And with those side stops cut down it looks a lot sleeker.

Now to focus on packing for arbdeg.

I'm used to some very on ground miserable camping, this should be fun. How much additional fuel would you bring?

I have no idea on fuel for you cunts, I am only 2 hours away so I dont have to bring any extra.

They usually stop in Parry Sound and gas up I think.

A single Jerry can should be enough. I went from Milton to the trail, ran the trail and back to perry sound on a single gas tank (made it on fumes).

I always bring extra fuel because it’s better to be safe than sorry. I’ll probably bring one.

10L max, you won’t need much there, all trails are under 20km there.

I can drive from ssauga, wheel and comeback on one fuel tank. #minivanlife

I feel though there's a bit more air restrictions with the snorkel which correct me if I'm wrong will increase my fuel consumption. It's still too early for me, so forgive my stupidity :pccoffee:
