    How hard is it changing the manifold gasket?

    Intake manifold or exhaust manifold? Intake is going to be worse because of all the shit on top of the engine. Exhausts not so bad but depending on the area of the country you are in, the bolts could be seized with rust and that could be a huge bitch.

    I don't have any experience with doing the Tacoma, but I've done both on older Fords, Dodges and Chevy's and it isn't fun.
