Will manual hubs save gas on a 2007 Tacoma TRD? are there manual hubs available for the 2007 Tacoma?

I think I read an article on doing this that came to the conclusion that for all the expense and work involved, the savings was insignificant. Afterall, the Tacomas have an ADD with is very close to doing what manual hubs do, in freeing up the front driveline parts while in H2. Also, with manual hubs in the free position, you lose the shift-on-the-fly advantage. With manual hubs in the locked position, you can shift on-the-fly but you will be turning all the front end driveline.
