In the last couple months both of my locks have seized up and no longer turn with the key. I've tried spraying silicone spray into each of them and it was not effective. Has this happened to anyone else? Hoping there are some easy solutions that don't require swapping them all out.

Are you referring to the door locks? You should be using a dry lube in those so you don't attract dust and dirt to the tumbler. A graphite lubricant is the right choice. I fear that if you have keys that aren't badly worn, you may have to get new locks.

Best thing you can do is run the key in and out a bunch of times to work the lubricant into the lock, then try shimmying the key into the lock, and finally try to turn the lock a bunch of times without forcing it. If you can make any rotational advances, the lock can be freed. If not, you'll be buying new locks.

Do the doors lock at all is the question.

if so, your tumblers are to blame, you can try PB blaster or WD40 to try and break loose the corrosion, spray it in the lock and let it soak for awhile if this frees them up, then shoot QD electrical cleaner in them and compressed air to dry, then lube generously with dri slide or proper door lock lube.

if all this fails, then you need new keys or door locks or both.

edit: it could also be the electronic window/door lock assembly....the one on your door skin...
Have this happening on a 99 runner, locks and all are fine, the assembly has an issue.

Most likely worn key. Go to the Toyota dealer with your registration and matching ID. Tell them you would like to get the key code for your truck. Do NOT have them make a key for you. Take the key code to a locksmith. Do NOT go to a hardware store. Have the locksmith make you a plain metal $7 key by code. Try that key in the locks. If it works perfectly, you know the problem is a worn key. From there you can buy chipped keys online, and proceed from there. If it turns out to be a problem with the locks, the locks are easy to remove. 1 torx bolt in the edge of the door. You do not need new locks. The locksmith can fix your locks.

Yes, the door locks. They are manual locks, if I insert the key it will not turn into either position on the drivers side, yet on the passenger side I can still lock the door (just can not unlock it).

I'd start with a new key to see if that helps then go for locks
