My rav4 has this, it beeps at you when you push the brake down all the way to say its on.

 

Didn’t realize there’s a set shift point you have to shift by

 

I mean like doing 5k RPMs in third on the highway, your right you don't have to shift it just kinda nice to.

 

True. I can usually find time to fit the nugget in just right to jive with my shifts.

 

Usually huh? so it does happen then.

 

My shift point is the redline, easy to remember.

The worst part is opening the second sauce packet that comes with the 10 piece, it always requires two hands. That's a problem even on an auto.

 

Chop Sticks or buck knife

 

I mean I use chop stick by putting one in each hand, so i don't see how that's helpful.

 

Do you also manipulate the shifter with the buck knife, or do you have to put it down to shift?

 

I see, so you're saying your automatic transmission can see what is happening car lengths in front of you and pre-select the correct gear and hit it at exactly the correct moment with exactly the proper amount of engagement speed? Wow, that's a pretty impressive transmission; would you mind telling us which manufacturer designed and built it?
