Ok, so lets talk dual cases for a min then. Im not opposed to the option, just seemed way more expensive. Not looking into Marlin Crawler since they suck at actually delivering a product in a timely manner. So next best is trail gear.

Its a bit foreign to me but I am currently scouring the internet looking for info. It looks to me like I would need ether the kit below and the reduction part of a transfer case from an earlier toyota? or the other link below that is one assembly that just needs bolted up. Obviously drive shafts would need shortened/lengthened. What models of transfer case reduction units fit that first kit?

Honestly, I was just throwing the idea out there in case you hadn’t looked into it. But I don’t know enough about the various options available. I’ve only seen them in action. But I’ve also seen a lot of threads of people having issues with certain crawl boxes. So I can’t give any help there.

I probably know more about doing the kinda swap you’re interested in since I’ve done a 4WD conversion and a manual swap.
