my manual tranny is leaking where it meets up with the transfer case. (5speed mounted to a 3.4L) I looked into removing the transfer case and putting a new gasket on it but the instructions (haynes) said to only drain the transfer case fluid. I thought maybe there was not supposed to be any fluid in between them. Maybe I have a rear tranny seal that went bad? anyone taken them apart and know whats inside?
