I don't agree with the Pilot Bearing having anything to do with it.

I'd lean toward master or slave cylinder issue, or the line. Springs won't cause the clutch to lock or hang, they just help with smooth engagement. Does the clutch pedal feel like it has the normal resistance or does it seem very light?

Can you actually do that? Or does it have a safety switch requiring it to be in neutral?

Its a clutch position switch on a manual, just wants to see if the clutch is pushed in or not, so yeah itll start in gear with the clutch pushed in

Wrong. Damper springs that break or come out of the disc will most certainly cause a clutch to not release. They will jam up on the flywheel bolts, or within the springs and levers of the clutch cover, and drive the disc even without any plate load

While not as common of a failure in automotive clutches, it is by far the most common failure in a heavy duty truck clutch, and fixing them is my world 40+ hours per week.

I'd still check that the hydraulic portion of the clutch system is working properly before removing the transmission though, for obvious reasons.

Question. Im not smart on cars but im also not dumb. I cant find the clutch master. I followed the line from the slave it goes up and into the firewall that goes to my clutch pedal. . Then from my break master a bigger hoes goes threw firewall and bottom of pedal also. Is my clutch ran off my break master?

Your brake system is separate from the clutch with the exception of the fluid reservoir which they share ( large hose ). The clutch master cylinder is at the other end of the hose from the brake master cylinder. Follow the hose from the brake
master cylinder through the firewall and it will lead you to the clutch Master cylinder.

Sounds like a worn out Master / slave cylinder or both and or air in the system.

Ok ya after pondering on it all night kinda figured thats what was goin on. Clutch master is under the pedal and they just share reservoirs. Now that I know that I will try and blead It or just change slave and go from there.
