My 1st gen had that for 190k miles, it was annoying but after awhile I forgot about it. I have not had that with the 3rd gen yet at 600 miles, though a few other minor issues/noises.

"Not trying to be a dick here, but why exactly 7k miles?"

That is an estimation of when things start to loosen up (my experience). Not an exact mileage point. Others have also noted that things start to get better around that mileage.

No clutch or tranny issues here. Only thing I don't like is the rev hang. Not normal at all. Just have to wait for warmer weather to install the adm.

Make sure no part of the left shoe bottoms out in the well before the pedal does

My '16 would give me a slight "chunk" 2-3 from the day it was new until the day I traded it. The '19 not so much.
It never developed any further issues WRT the transmission in the 4 yrs I had it.

    Nope.

Reverse is too high, 1-2 ratio difference is a bit too wide for this engine, and 6th could be a bit higher for highway cruising (and thus make 5th more useful).

Sprinkle in a dash of throttle delay/general weirdness and there you have it.

Oh and the accumulator is a useless device that only adds ambiguity to the release point.

    Other than that, it's awesome.

Still better than having something shift for me.

Now now, don't anyone git their panties in a twist.

How are they better for the clutch? Once the clutch is disengaged, it shouldn't matter how long you take to change gears.

All documented at the dealership so any issues down the line its on them .:infantry:

I found that my shifting did get a lot better as my mileage increased. Oddly, I'm at 7K and it's pretty smooth lol.

I don't mind so much having people or machines or whatever do things for me. I consider it a luxury. It's less that I have to worry about & it also gives me that much more time to concentrate on more important things.
