I shoveled and I shoveled, then I decided to shovel some more, then a man next door with a snowblower cleared a path next to each side of the truck so I could shovel some more.Once the frame wasn't lifted by the snow under it, it came out.

Yea once your packed in and take weight off the wheels it's over.
The crawl thing would had been a good test.
Mine is a base the only extras I did myself.

That snowplow curl gets pretty packed. The city here at times uses a grader. I watched my neighbor get a run at it with his jeep. Pretty near stopped him dead in his track. Busted his grill and a light I believe.

Got 15" of snow. Question does the traction control shut off automatically when in 4lo? Does it make any diff if extra power button on?

Not sure? I gotta believe it allows the tire's to spin without the computer interference.
Not sure. My truck is manual so no traction control.
Dang I don't got a extra power button either. I do have window stickers on my rear window. Must add 5 hp anyway.

Must be a record for your area we ended up with close to 30.
A record for us here. We are pretty prepared for this stuff but it still shut a lot of stuff down.

Driving around Doylestown Borough for work on March 15, 2017:

One of the biggest problems in Doylestown after a significant snowfall is that they run out of places to put it all, and streets become narrower because people have to park further away from the curb. Got a nice 1st gen Sequoia there on the right:

Here you can really see what I'm talking about: 20170315_0758_IMG.jpg

    Just spotted this thread.
    18" in Rockland County NY
I parked on my front lawn before the storm so I had nothing getting in my way when I cleared my driveway.
    IMG_1732.jpg

Blizzard winds pretty much kept the top and underneath the truck clear of snow.
When I parked, I made sure truck was in 4-lo and locked.
Glad I did, because I had to crawl out of the high snow drift in front of the truck after the storm.

I find situations like this to be extraordinarily op 20170317_1093_IMG.jpg
At least one of them had the presence of mind to get up on the sidewalk:
    20170317_1094_IMG.jpg 20170317_1095_IMG.jpg

Already narrow roads made even more narrow by the snow:

I am proud to tell you that, yes, I do have a 2WD Taco! It's not a PreRunner though...

    I missed the signature ‍♂️

How is a 2wd taco in the snow? I have a 2wd first gen (though it is a PreRunner) and I'm not sure how well it's gonna do in the Northeast snow.
