Just a few expensive & DIY things...
I tucked mine up behind the rear driver break light.
I had the gas filler setup on my 2010 tacoma and decided to switch it up and it was eaiser, [2015 they subtracted the storage bins up front]

yeah there's no way im getting this 80 ready before the 18th lol, unless somehow I can manage it. But I need new drill bits to finish my cross beam for the crossmember. Once i get the holes drilled, I can cut the rest of the xmember and the trans can FINALLY be bolted up. Need to make sure all the clutch fork hardware is still there....no idea how that hooks back up and if im missing anything. But last night the truck almost burned to the ground. I guess there was a ground short or SOMETHING with the ignition wire as that wire went from the battery to the ignition switch and completely burned itself up. only wire that did that....no idea wtf caused that, I managed to get the battery cables taken off before anything else happened. but now im set back...yet again to figure out wtf I need to do with the engine wiring if all I need to do is double check grounds and add fusible links or somehow manage to add the ignition wiring to a fuse or something...........Im so lost with this shit lol. I really dont think im gonna get all of this crap done....

How would the igniter play a role in that? The wire that burned was from the ignition switch on the column and then goes right to the battery. I'm just confused as to where that ground would be so I could check it

The ignition wire does not go straight to the battery, it needs to be fused. The only wires going straight to the battery should be from the fuse block and the starter.

I know lol, but if you saw the wiring in this thing...you'd understand lol. I've redone all the wiring except the engine bay since it WAS ok. But the previous owner had it so jerry rigged, that's how it was wired up. I can either use a fusible link or use a spare circuit in my harness to run the new ignition wire to. That SHOULD fix the issue. Next double checking the grounds and making sure all is good. Something.....something caused that wire to short and fry itself....I just have no idea what caused it. In hind sight.....I am happy it happened though and I was able to quickly disconnect the battery before anything else happened. Just happy the truck didn't burn to the ground, rather have this happen now in Aleu's current state rather than later on down the road and have the truck ACTUALLY catch fire. I was so worried about it last night after it happened and took the cables off the battery....I fucking had a nightmare that the truck caught fire because of that lol.

Do y'all think I'll need to get my truck aligned after I lift. Kinda want to put the tires on now then lift Saturday. Don't wanna have to spend the rest of my day at the tire shop

Other people may not agree, but you can do the tires then the lift THEN get an alignment a couple days later. Its not like as soon as the lift goes on you have to align it that day within X amount of hours. If you had something put on tues/wed but couldnt make it to get the alignment until fri/sat, your tires arent going to lose 10k on the life or anything. A couple days is nothing to stress about.

    Just my 2 cents.

Absolutely this! Nothing wrong with tires, suspension, alignment.
