Don't really care what park we go to... I'm game for AOP (as a backup).

So much negativity! haha I get where your're coming from though, completely. I dont get how a park closes down for regular rainshowers (even with the whole ecological environment saving crap mentioned earlier. If it were a hurricane or 5 days worth of steady rain---> I get it, closer 'er down, but this isnt the case.)

And I guess it doesnt really matter, @redtacoma88 ill see ya at AOP worst case (along with the others that are game for meeting there). Sucks though not getting the chance to meet the whole group (if the worst case happens)

@Alfuh I have a Tacoma pump/sending unit in my fuel cell. If you go aluminum get straps. Mine is bolted with feet and its cracked 2 or 3 times now

For those wondering it doesn't take much for Gulches to flood. The wheeling portion of the park is about 400 feet lower than the surrounding area so all the water flows into it. It closes from rain because it has to.

Edit: having been there when it was very wet from a storm it's really not worth going in those conditions.

Gets crazy there when it rains. The river floods sometimes also according to the rain amount

Yeah I would do that too....just I cant really justify RIGHT NOW dropping like $500 on the entire assembly. I just need something that will work in September THEN once I get my stuff paid off, that's when I can start making things fancy-er lol

Oh wow. Little too far for me to drive this short notice. If it were only a couple hours away i'd be in for it but 4.5 is a little far. Thanks @Adamgarner01 for the info!

I don't think its falling apart just yet, people are getting plans just incase. Also, with 70+ trucks going there's always going to be a few who back out last min.

On the bright side, weather is starting to turn out in our favor again!
