Marie of Headstrong Offroad as The First Lady of Tacoma World

Hello Tacoma Worlders,

Why am I nominating Marie as 'The First Lady of Tacoma World' and do you second my nomination?

Well, needless to say, she is a consummate pro who knows her stuff and after bombarding her with tons of email for guidance on the appropriate lift for my 2015 Tacoma Prerunner, she patiently guided me to my final decision which I am about to share with you item-by-item and pictorially.

With this lift kit, I got around 3" elevation and a subtle rake. Nice!

I also worked with Brandon at Avid Offroad who hooked me up with the following:

Now, a little confession. My crush on Marie is probably my primary reason for nominating her as the First Lady of TW. Can anyone question this crush?

Brandon of Avid is just as fantastic as Marie; but, fortunately, I don't have a crush on him.

That's because she's dealt with the "what's the largest tire I can fit without a lift crowd" for years. Instead of flaming people who ask dumb questions, she sells them parts instead. That would make anyone an expert over time. She is good though.

No not at all. Unlike most other companies we do not pay for posts and do not have members on payroll. Every recommendation you hear with our name is solely because the customer enjoyed their experience and is 100% organic not bought.

 

Thank you. I try my best but I don't think it is because I sell the parts since there are a lot of sales reps who don't do what I do. I feel it is because I take the time to listen. Maybe instead of being the first lady of Tacoma World I could be considered a Suspension Therapist .

 

Marie's been a great help to me in the past and responds very thoroughly. I recommend Headstrong to people who ask about purchasing lifts.
I do support local shops, but somehow this is the exception.

Marie @HeadStrong Off-Road is amazing. I joke with her that there must be several "Maries" and they all share the same email...and voice. I have never dealt with a company with better customer service (whether you're a customer or not).

They're one of the few companies that never have sales and I don't mind a bit.
