Dudes! We have a Sic Mod for Y'all. If you're into wheeling your rig and you wanted the benefit of better gearing to slowly negotiate through obstacles, this Sic Mod might be for you. In this video, we show you how to install a Marlin Crawler Taco Box giving your rig Dual Transfer Cases. Dual Transfer Cases is really a game changer mod for those that like more challenging off-road trails whether it's picking your way through rock gardens or helping you maintain control down a very steep trail without having to rely heavily on your brakes.

This video was shot on a 3rd Gen 4runner but since 1st Gen Tacomas are basically the same drivetrain wise, it would work for you guys too.

Part 2 will be coming out soon.

Here's the Video and Enjoy the Show!

Might want to warn people that getting a tacobox to begin with will probably be next to impossible. Is anything ever in stock???

But good to see that more info is being made available. For the longest time there was not a lot of good info available about how to install these things.

I still believe that for those who really need to have dual cases....a 4spd atlas is probably the better investment longterm.

    Good work!

I'm pretty sure it's dual sticks but I'm not sure because by buddy Sean and his friend Chris are the one's doing the mod.

Best mod ever!! I could have used this back in 2008 and I built my first set of duals and had to use like 5 different forum writeups printed out and still messed some stuff up.

They are fun to build though and recommend everyone build their own instead of buying a prebuilt!
