Would it be too tight to squeeze a 3.0 coil over in there?

Decided I can't leave the thread without some new pictures.

We made a simple wooden display stand to show off RCLT HD in our parking lot. We have a main stand which is 19" tall (could be taller) and an intermediate stand which is 12" tall (which is removed once up).

I'll have to take a video of how easy the TacoBox makes it climbing up and back down. I don't even need the intermediate stand to back down; Just shift into reverse and let the truck idle down incredibly slow without any brakes thanks to my 494:1 reverse gear ratio ;)

It should fit already, as well as clear the steering despite moving the axle forward so far. The space concern would be with maximum down travel.

Down travel is limited in order by:
    1. Inner CV joint -- Only remedy is diff drop
    2. Tie Rod End -- Easy to fix by adding a larger offset angle in the CNC billet steering (I am already considering this)
    3. MarRack Inner Tie Rod -- I already have plans to improve this in case someone with a Prerunner wants to run RCLT HD
    4. Finally, Upper Control Arm interference with Coil Spring outer diameter.

Would you mind measuring the OD of your coils? Thanks

I don’t have 3.0s haha just dreaming/window shopping. I do plan to go with your kit but was curious to make it work with 3.0s.

though the inner diameter on the coils for 3.0 shocks from king are 3.75”. Not sure the OD

Sorry I cannot be more specific on this, but at the bottom of our website we have the below information listed. We are only just beginning on aligning all needed channels for manufacturing and still don't know many of the costs.

so whats the story on the Marrack
Currently waiting on toyota corporate to get back with a response on whether or not they are going to warranty a failed steering rack at 58,000KM

If they dont I'm thinking Marrack since clearly the 3rd gen is a shit rack if it fails this quick with 33s. and if it can work without LT

I'm assuming this kit will work on a 2nd gen since the suspension is pretty much interchangable between the two right?

Sorry, wrong thread. But it did only take me a few hours to install complete new front suspension. Looking forward to purchasing this for my truck.

I plan on getting the kit first, then everything else that I will need afterwards. This is a real game changer for our trucks.

Just purchased a crawl box for my 2010 Taco. I've been wanting to go LT for a while now and wondered why nobody had built a high clearance version. I had decided on LSK because they include the upper, lower and a beefy knuckly as well as steering components. Now that I've seen the new RCLT, I feel like someone was reading my mind. I hit the notify button on the site. Can't wait until I can purchase this and install it on my rig! Good think LSK doesn't respond to their email or it may have been too late. LOL!
