I know next to nothing about rock crawling. However, the information and the pictures make complete sense and walked me through the original setup, draw backs, and the process of improvement very easily. Well done !

This is out of reach for most of us, keep that in mind. It’s going to be one of the best, not one of the cheapest. His kit price wise will be on par with competition so the all out kit $4K + marrack idk where to begin guessing there $1500, 8” coil overs so $1500, rcv shafts $2000 (optional I guess). Plus little nick nacks. A $10k front end and we haven’t even touched the rear.

I’m rambling, but my thoughts. You want the best you gotta pay.

Thank you for the replies everyone!

First a question for you Sir: Are you planning 37" with stock width?
And to answer your Q: The short answer: No.
    The long answer:
We will offer steering arm extensions that weld onto factory Toyota forged knuckles to set proper geometry for the MarRack (welding to a forging is very reliable, consider knuckle gusset kits + my 15K miles on 40s with welded factory knuckles + MarRack). So that part we can do. The MarRack is just barely narrow enough to work with stock width, however the tie rods will be insanely short so we'd only consider this if it could be produced to a satisfactory level.
TL;DR: Theoretically it could be done.

    +1 RC +0 LT?
I was asked on our forum if we will make a +1 RC +0 LT, which is a +1" forward knuckle (Rock Crawling Ability) but with factory width upper and lower RCLT arms (+0" Long Travel), but due to how inexpensive UCA kits are I am unsure if someone only wanting to cruise the strip every weekend would care to purchase a Rock Crawling UCA + LCA setup. If you really are looking to run 37s + factory width, well, that is interesting. Some non-US countries could benefit from this, but we're only just in the testing phase and have a lot of fun stuff to do first!

    Excellent questions, thank you.

    Able to Daily Drive?
It will daily drive 100% like any other LT kit on the market. I will be daily driving our next RCLT HD kit starting next month. The biggest thing you will notice is increased body roll due to a lack of a front sway bar.

    MarRack Included?
Only the RCLT HD Kit will come with the MarRack because factory steering cannot physically allow a knuckle to be moved forward 2-inches.

The RCLT Standard Kit, which moves the knuckles forward only 1-inch, is compatible with factory steering. You could chose to upgrade to the MarRack later if desired.

    Shocks Included?
We are a Radflo distributor and will offer their LT shocks. The only thing to note is that the RCLT HD Kit will require LT shocks that have heim joints top and bottom.

    Going to add another question:
    Axle Shafts Included?
More info on this will become available this spring, but in general...
    RCLT Standard Kit:
Option 1: We will offer +2" extended length axle shafts for use with your factory CVs.
Option 2: We will offer RCV's Ultimate +2" IFS Axle Shaft kit

    RCLT HD Kit:
Option 1: We will strongly recommend RCV's Ultimate +2.75" axle kit, which they've already designed for us :D
Option 2: Just because RCLT HD is designed for up to 40" tires, maybe someone wants to run 35s (such as the above KOH 4Runner with tire size limited by Class 4600 rules) or 33s (because insanely bulletproof) so we will have an option for +2.75" extended length axle shafts for use with factory CVs

    Ins-and-Outs
I wrote in reply #2, "Associated parts for installation", which I'm using to refer to all the stuff that makes the kit a kit such as bushings, sleeves, grease zerts, bolts, washers, misalignment spacers, limiting strap, brake lines and mounting clips, tie rod steering extensions (if applicable), and so on and so forth which will all be included. I'll be editing that post with actual Kit Images as well as new categories and products added to our website this spring that will answer these more nitty-gritty questions.

Can RCLT and/or RCLT HD be desert raced?
    Yes.

    Things to consider are:
    Down Travel:
RCLT Standard Kit: Maximum down travel limitated like other 4WD LT kits using factory knuckles due to vertical ball joints and/or inner CV joint. Using 2WD here won't help much because of the stock knuckle's vertical ball joints.

RCLT HD Kit: Due to Rock Crawling priority of maximum ground clearance, we have very tight spacing for the outer CV boot. If you're 2WD then holy cow this kit with horizontal ball joints will generate insane down travel with the only limit being physical interference with the coilover.

Up Travel (applies to RCLT HD Only):
Maximum up travel when using our HD Knuckles is slightly limited due to Rock Crawling needs of improved geometry for better tire contact over very large rocks. You could clearance or cut your inner fenderwell above each knuckle to solve this (and later tire to body interference). If you take it that far, then the only limiting factor will be available shock stroke.

Charles and team 4602 posted a couple short related videos from afternoon testing today and I can't wait to see more!!

Love the question but for now we've gotta get these awesome kits out on delivery trucks first my man ;)

Awesome, thank you very much for commenting about this, it seriously means a lot because I get carried away at the keyboard and gloss over things I take for granted. (ps. Thank you to my dear from Nathan from The Gear Shop for keeping me level headed!)

    Regards,
