I can always hop on another deployment after this one. Treat myself with a nice gift for my efforts.

Haha for some reason I thought they designed the spindle around the new RCV axles and assumed factory CVs couldn't be used so I went back and looked.

Another question for the hive mind, it says on the website that 17-inch rims are going to be required. Does anyone know what kind of backspacing/offset is needed? I'm looking to upgrade my current rims and don't want to fuck up haha

Was the foreshadowing that inconspicuous? A company with a turtle for a mascot, that brags about going slow, and displays gearing at 580:1 will always leave you waiting.

I just wish they gave some sort of update. I’m sure it’ll cost a pretty penny, so I’d rather they take a while to build a solid product than rush it and have it fall apart. But ghosting the thread is what really kills it. Any sort of update would be nice..

A pile of parts waiting to be installed
I guess the good news is that the system seemed to have survived KOH. My understanding is the Steel City Toy didn’t finish, they ran out of time in their second lap but sustained no damage/breakdowns.

While I agree it would be nice to see them post some updates here. I did grab some screen shots of info a few weeks ago from their forum.
