Mike, make sure and post on Tundras.com when you get the Tundra version ready. I will be picking up 2 for 07+ as well as one set for my FJ. I am still running your doubler and hysteer arms on my crawler since early 2000s. I am always willing to spend money with Marlin Crawler as your Dad and you have really well thought out designs and everything is beefy. And your Dad has always been a great guy on the trail runs.

Too much to list, but enough to get me in trouble. Repeatedly.
    Question.

The KOH 4-Runner with the bent shit. Would these plates and gussets still work after repairing the damage first? I guess what I'm asking is, if there's already been damage, would these install fine, or would they either not install at all, or maybe lock in some tweaked alignment numbers?

I ask, because I can relate to that 4-Runner.

things are never perfect, these reinforcements are made against a template of a stock undamaged vehicle. it will depend on whether or not your repair is not only functional but also back within spec.

at least that's my assumption. it doesn't make any sense to make something that works for everything. in terms of manufacturing and fabrication, when a part is deliberately robbed of its specificity for a given application, there're properties that are given up in terms strongest weld points, material thickness, and ease of installation. this results in a potential loss of strength and a cost of installation increase.

tl;dr not sure, depends how badly it's f***ed up.

Sign me up for the introductory price. I have similar gussets made but will cut them off and replace with 1/4". Before :spending:I want to make sure there is no other skid plate interference.

I think this is exactly what I need.... My driver side rear LCA mount is bent backwards kind of like yours was @BigMike ... It is bent to the point where they cannot get one of the alignment parameters in spec. How did you go about making sure it was straight when welding up the gussets? Do they kind of self center it? Were you taking any measurements? Did you just eye-ball it? Hope thats not a confusing question, just don't want to weld them up and have the LCA mount still out of center.
