So I've decided to change out the audio and would like some constructive criticism of what I've done and plan to do.

I've owned my 2011 double cab a few months now and decided to keep the OEM headunit. Well almost, my truck came with the single CD player and I swapped it out for the 6-CD changer (non-JBL). I bought the standard damping material and neoprene package from RAAMaudio, but all I've done so far is to do behind the rear seats.

Still assembling things, so please weigh in with opinion, facts, etc. All I ask is that you say why you think I should buy XX instead of YY.

    Stuff:
OEM headunit - in truck, made by pioneer, plenty clean signal IMO, output levels just suck
OEM iPod interface - in truck (BluLogic too) with 64GB iPod Touch
Alpine PXE-H660 signal processor - in closet waiting on install - this is the source of much of the magic I hope to hear
    JL Audio XD 600/6 amp - in closet waiting on install - 6 channels at 75 Watts/channel @ 4-Ohms
Front door tweeters - (one of at least three, still uncertain) CDT silk dome and Vifa XT25 ring radiators - in closet; Seas Prestige small format alum/mag dome tweeters - on their way from Madisound - will give them all a try to see which works best - planned to use stock locations (MDF baffles sourced from 'hookedontronics' here on TW).
Front door midbass - Seas RNX motor (Poly cone) - on their way - a DIYMA purchase
Rear door - probably nothing, but might run a set of full-range speakers off the OEM head unit's rear channels.
Wires & cables - KnuKonceptz, all copper, no CCA

Planned amp use: bridge 4 of the 6 JL amp channels down to 2 for the Seas midbass, use other two channels for tweeters. (results in 75 Watts each to 4-Ohm tweets, 150 Watts each to the 8-Ohm midbass speakers). Run speakers, using the Alpine processor, in active mode (no passive crossovers).

Still Thinking: sub box and subs still TBD. Was planning to buy the ********* sub boxes/amp panel from 'thebaker' here on TW, but money issues have slowed me down (should have stopped having kids way before #4 came along). Maybe two Alpine 10" shallow subs, not sure yet, depends on how many leaves the money tree sprouts.

Long story, sorry. Before I invest the sizable amount of time to install and tune (and any more $$$), would appreciate your comments, criticism, helpful hints, etc.
