Don't worry. The ONLY reason his is still on is he's too lazy to take it off lol. He's told me he wants to but bc his wife still drives it he doesn't want to

Took advantage of the nice day and got some more leafs painted. Waiting for them to dry then do the other side tonight

Did some cutting since the new bed rail caps are shorter than the oem ones. Didn't want to but had to because the topper. Turned out decent but now both sides close and they're both on at all times which is what I wanted.






Also put another coat on the leafs I had done. Need to start on the other two.





Going to try the drum sander to sand out the eyes

 

Had a nice day here today so I busted out the ol red, white and blue



Also took advantage to sand and paint the last of the Chevy 63 leafs so now they're all painted with at least one full coat

 

When you custom order s graphic and give the company an idea

 

Curious on everyone's thoughts. Want to get a snorkel. People seem to have good results with the cheaper one so debating between that and the old safari. Thoughts? @LoadedTaco @geekhouse23 @northwesttaco @Acerwin @Rattletrap66

 

I'm going with airflow since it's actually made for the taco and doesn't run 100ft down the fender. But it's completely up to you, check your brothers out and that'll help decide.

 

Yea I have been and I've been looking at the cheaper thread. And I like the airflow just don't like the top part

 

They help out in many ways. I'm getting one when the funds come in.

 

Yea. That's why I was thinking of going the inexpensive way. Not trying to cheap out but rather spend a bit now to save more later. Not sure between that or a true safari
