No, I embarrassed myself. Ford had the super duty stamp long before Toyota. Toyota may have started the model stamp trend though.

Ha! Well thats how it was back in the day, unless you had a nice v8.

I had 1990 mazda b2200 that had 85 hp and 115 tq when i was in high school. 4 teenagers in the box and that bad boy struggled quite a bit, haha!

Loved that truck man, my first vehicle i bought. It had those chrome pathfinder wheels and the truck was access cab, black. Too bad "smart phones" did not exist at that time so i dont have a pic.

I saw this guy the other day, I was driving and didn't snap a pic. From a distance I thought it was a clean early model, but then recognized the tail lights.

I have a pair of the plate frames Toyota released in 2015 but I'm reluctant to throw them on the truck for fear they'll get wrecked.

Since people are posting their old trucks, I have to do the progression. Mine was never black because after having a black car I decided against going that route again.

The 1993 had stock 140,000 mile suspension with BFG KOs in 31x10.5-15s.

The 2013 had the Toytec Eibach 112-620 620# coils on Bilstein 5100s @ 0.85 with the 1/4” Tacoma lean top plate spacer up front with an Icon AAL on TSB springs with the overload removed and 5100s out back.

The 2016 is the 2G TRD Pro suspension front and rear with a Headstrong Off-Road AAL with the overload removed.

Both Tacomas are on 265/75-16 BFG KOs, the 2013 was KO, the 2016 has KO2s.

Hard to say. Could have been someone parked close on the other side and left before the photo was taken. I try not to judge, because I don't know everything. Actually his reverse lights are on, so, he may be backing up for better alignment. At my age I can relate.
