So I found this last night wile prepping for the bucket shears

The top plate way detached from the shock  the ride must of been bumpy :D I looks to of happened from the limit strap snapping and over extending the suspension.
    2011-09-07_18-12-55_196_4cd0693e0d4599a878f7fcb349bc37639bada185.jpg

I removed the top plate to find it's only 3 little rosette welds holding it together
    2011-09-07_18-37-45_89_ec8e6a9c6cb03b788607f1ae34ecf3fbbb397c22.jpg

So I decided to fix it B.A.M.F style :D

I fully welded the seam bonding the two plates as one. It will never pull apart again. I'm also doing the other side just for safe measure because you never know when you will snap a limit strap again.

A stand up guy named Fabien from SoCal. He had a shop at one point but I don't think he's doing any more fab work, for the time being anyway.

Bumper update its bent back in shape as much as I could without rebulding the whole thing. Added and mounting point at the body mount with front supports and supports on the sides to help push the bars up. Also cut and drilled out the mounting studs and fully welded the bumper to the frame. The bumper has been fully repainted with bed liner but it got to dark to get another picture.

That would be better suited with an exclamation point.

Something like this; "Oh, not you too!"
