No I don't need cheap lol I went with cheap because I figured I would tear them up on rocks and stuff. But cheap doesn't out weigh functional, the truck is a DD so the steelies being out of round was a no go. So now I got these rims which are so much nicer. The price wasn't bad either I think it was around $110 a rim shipped.

I chewed up the edge in a couple of spots at RC nothing that a black paint pen didn't fix

Well to lift the front at the very least your gonna need adjustable front shocks and reuse old springs or spacers which I wouldn't recommend or get new coils and shocks(struts)that will lift front end

Check out WheelersOffroad they have good pricing on struts and springs. I got the rear, 5100s on all four corners and OME springs for under $600 shipped. Speaking of that just got a reply from Satin she's shipping my bumper it will be here in 3-4 weeks. So I need to install the lift sooner rather than later. Anyone want to help me in the drive way? Not as fun I know but I don't think I can get in to Dave's shop =(

Get your springs put on your struts ahead of time so you don't hurt yourself with compressor or doing it by floor jack method

Chip a bumper we can do one weekday evening after 5 at my work if that works for you. I just don't want to do a suspension lift in the evening after working all day, rather do that on a Saturday or Sunday.

Yea but i bought a complete lift kit from Toytec. Only issue i had with the install on my 1st gen was one leaf spring bolt was seized. Took some heat to remove it. Rest was easy. Ask greengen, we removed & installed his front strut assemblies without even unbolting the brake calipers or BJ's. Just the 3 nuts on top and the 1 bolt on the bottom, popped the old one's out and the new one's in.

We can do it all the same weekend day. We just have to agree on a day that works for us both. This weekend is Easter. And Friday April 1st i'm having oral surgery so that weekend wont work for me. The sooner the better tho.

No, for installing the new longer strut we let the strut assembly hang loosly by the 3 bolts on top and i pryed down on the LCA while Brian lined up & inserted the lower bolt.
