no you don't. been working on my boat the past 7 weekends in a row, took her out today running fantastic, but the driveshaft bearings are shot, so now the motor must come out. can't risk it because if that bearing blows the boat will sink :( freakin boats man. rant over...

Well if the boat sinks #1 you don't have to worry about working on it anymore and #2 more money for truck stuff

Sailboat>Powerboat if you own it, way easier to maintain provided you understand how to do the rigging. Plus, at least in MD if there is no other propulsion then sail., way cheaper to register. on the downside, rigging can be expensive depending on what you break and how much you can make/do on your own. another downside is the weather can veto your sailboat in a hurry, powerboats can still go out in shittier weather

Yea boats suck for maintenance but I didn't mean a huge one, maybe one day but not right now. Right now I'd be happy with one of those sunfish sailboats I just remember how much fun they were.

    Yawn...
Has anyone ever custom ordered Maryland related bedside decals? (I.e. Far North Designs) The first post on this thread is hot! My cousins from NY act like my MD pride is poison. I would love to tick them off when I vacation there in June.

We had someone trying to organize a group buy from the original vendor he wanted a minimum order to run them again but I haven't even seen the guy on here since he talked about it months ago .Several people were interested in them again..@Nickostiles was the guy trying to it together but he's been MIA

There has to be a graphics design place in MD that can do these. I would like just the MD portion since I do not have a TRD. Either in the full color or subdued black to stay with my blacked out theme.

If I get bored enough this week I may look into it.

Check with Absolute Perfection in Sykesville they do graphics and full body wraps. They do good work so don't expect it to be mall kiosk pricing. They did my tint on 3 vehicles and all of the body wraps on my old works Nissans and jeeps.

So you mean it wont be 12.95 with free Amazon prime delivery?:annoyed:

That was sarcasm. But ya I figured it would cost. But may try and arrange a group buy type thing, I'll see how things work out.

Would a readily available vinyl sticker be appropriate?

More like whats in the first post, with out the white border. Maybe with Tacoma instead of TRD. Since I have MGM maybe in Black and shades of gray.

It'll give me something to do that's for sure.

so if all goes correct im driving down to jersey to pick up a front diff and rear complete axle set up with 4.10 gear ratio. my plan has been for some time to regear to 4.56's and go up to 33's. my question is does anyone think i could get away with just keeping the 4.10s in the new axles and run 33's? or just build the new setup with the 4.56's I can do all the work at school so labor isnt a factor.
