Fuck yeah. Sounds like you had a helluva day. Congrats on getting all that done. Hopefully you corrected the vibe issue. How much did you gain hub to fender?

Please tell me they removed the cover and hardware and powder coated them separate...

Doesn't look like it since the grade 8 bolts have powder coat on the heads. If not, there will be exposed steel in spots along the edges of the cover and along the lip of the flange.

dammit, tried to replace the broken trailer plug on my truck, and of course after finally finding the right wiring diagram it decided to rain and prevent me from finishing the project. also, nothing will fry if i drive the truck with all the wires except for the ground cut will it?

No I told them I'd never use the door so he powder coated right over it all. You never said it had to be separated lol oh well guess it'll get cleaned up on its next trip to the PC shop before winter.

The reason I got it PCed is because now it has a nice solid base coat. I know it's going to be used and scratched up (not sure ill be able to dent this thing lol) but the areas that aren't going to be beat up are protected. My plan is to take it back before winter and have him recoat the skid, bumper, and sliders he quoted me 350-375 to do a new heavy coat over all of them before saltmagedon hits.
